SETUP and LABOR CHARGES A setup fee of $400.00 includes overhead cost to set up Bar and Beverage service. Bartender and assistant are included in setup charges for up to 4 hours. Cocktail orders by a server is an option for an additional private server fee of $50.00 for up to 4 hours. A $50.00 fee is charged for each additional hour for Bartender and assistant service.
